All rooms at Manor Farm Oast have central heating, tea and coffee making facilities, colour T.V. with teletext and are either en-suite or come with a private bathroom.

One of the features of the Oast is a double bedroom which is completely round. All rooms have king size / twin beds.

A full Sussex Breakfast, from locally sourced produce is offered (or a healthy alternative!) and a five-course evening meal is available if booked in advance.

Take home a Sussex Breakfast Box, comprising of 6 eggs, 250gm bacon, 4 homemade sausages and home grown tomatoes (when in season). Just order in advance it will be ready for you on departure.

Rates are per room, per night including breakfast.
