Kate and Syd would like to welcome you to our website. Built in 1860, Manor Farm Oast is set in the middle of a working orchard and is ideally situated for quiet breaks, walking, and cycling.

It has been thoughtfully and tastefully converted, keeping the original features internally and externally.

The Oast is situated in 1066 country with Rye, Winchelsea, Battle and Hastings all within easy reach.

Whether one night, a weekend or longer we will endeavour to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We look to make our home your home.

Why not take the train and let us pick you up from the railway station? Bring your bikes or walking boots and we will lend you backpacks and maps to get you out and about.
